About this role
Role Overview
- Assistive tasks for maintenance and repairs of buildings and technical systems
- Monitoring and inspection of building services, including heating, ventilation and plumbing systems
- Coordination and supervision of external service providers/tradespeople for specialized repairs or maintenance work
- Assisting with upkeep of outdoor areas, including gardening and winter services, as well as waste management
- Performing general caretaker/maintenance duties
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or trade occupation, ideally in plumbing, heating and HVAC (SHK) or building services engineering
- Initial professional experience in facility management is desirable
- Committed, reliable, resilient, solution-oriented and able to work independently
