Analyse business requirements and assess organisational needs for data handling within CRM processes.
Identify integration challenges and design effective solutions.
Collaborate with local experts and the wider business community to ensure alignment and clarity.
Explain processes and system functionalities to end users and business stakeholders.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP CRM with strong solution‑design capabilities.
6–8 years of experience in a lead capacity overseeing CRM solution activities.
Hands‑on experience with interface development, enhancements, reporting, data migration tools, and documentation such as FS, TS, and test scripts.
Comprehensive understanding of development, rollout, and data migration project phases.
Experience working within agile frameworks.
Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
Desired: Strong grasp of CRM business processes and experience in innovation and change management.
