Support DaVita’s Integrated Kidney Care Patient Engagement lane.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for patient onboarding and consent processes.
Create high-quality training resources and analyze performance trends.
Build scalable workflows for new patient attribution.
Identify bottlenecks in current engagement processes and recommend data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement process changes.
Analyze performance trends and prepare regular performance readouts for leadership.
Support broader Patient Engagement initiatives by managing project workstreams.

Bachelor’s degree required.
1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project management, or healthcare operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and PowerPoint; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical.
Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with both field teammates and corporate partners is essential.
Thrives in a collaborative environment.
Self-starter capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
