Participate in and/or lead SuccessFactors implementation projects
Design, prototype and configure the SuccessFactors solution
Organize and execute testing, cutover and go-live activities
Support clients during deployment with a focus on the new-hire onboarding and user experience
Contribute to knowledge transfer, user adoption and change management
Lead user training sessions
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement
Also contribute to pre-sales activities, to the development and evolution of Arago's HRIS offerings, and to promoting our expertise through webinars, workshops or events
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, HRIS, Information Systems or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience on SuccessFactors projects
Expertise in or strong interest for SuccessFactors Onboarding (required)
Knowledge of Employee Central (EC
Core HR) is a strong asset
SuccessFactors certifications on Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0 are highly valued
Fluent English
Strong client orientation, solution-focused mindset and results-driven approach
Good organizational and planning skills
Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment
