Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud platform, including setting up and maintaining modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll.
Use HDL to load data into Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Provide guidance and support to other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help improve the team's overall proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
Advanced degrees or Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are preferred.
Software Configuration: The candidate must have a strong understanding of software configuration principles and practices, and be able to apply this knowledge to the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
Oracle HCM Cloud: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud is essential. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities, features, and limitations.
HDL: The candidate must have experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), a tool used for bulk-loading data from files into Oracle HCM Cloud.
Consulting: Experience in a consulting role, particularly in relation to Oracle HCM Cloud, would be beneficial.
Core HR: Knowledge of Core HR processes and best practices would be advantageous.
Absence Management: Experience with absence management modules in Oracle HCM Cloud would be a plus.
Payroll: Familiarity with payroll processes and systems, particularly within Oracle HCM Cloud, would be beneficial.
