Design the systems, processes, and insights that power our GTM engine as we scale from $30M to $50M and beyond
Manage and optimize HubSpot and related integrations such as Attention for call intelligence, and 6Sense and Vainu for enrichment data and intent scoring across Sales and Marketing
Deliver accurate visibility on pipeline, forecasting, and funnel conversion and own the reporting cadence for sales
Streamline lead routing, attribution, territory design, and comp modelling to help reps spend more time selling
Partner with the full commercial organization and product to ensure customer and market insight flow back into GTM decisions, influencing strategy and ICP
Define and operationalize core metrics like win rate, productivity, ARR growth, and retention.
Requirements
4+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations, ideally in b2b SaaS with international presence
System thinker with relentless curiosity about how AI will impact revenue operations and GTM now and in the future
Expert in HubSpot CRM and familiarity with other modern revenue intelligence systems like Attention, Orum and similar
Strong business acumen paired with analytical and data visualization skills to drive impact on growth with decisions based on data
Hands-on builder, comfortable with handling data flows, integrations, and automation tools like Make, Zapier, or similar
Strong communicator who can partner cross-functionally and influence without friction.
