Manage the closing checklist, ensuring all contingencies are cleared prior to execution
Act as the central point of contact during the diligence period
Coordinate with project delivery teams of external partners to validate site buildability and power availability
Coordinate with internal and external counsel to advance zoning, land use, and permitting reviews
Collaborate to ensure deal economics fit within our CAPEX and OPEX models
Synthesize complex data into concise Investment Committee (IC) Memos
Maintain the "Single Source of Truth" in our real estate database
Requirements
7+ years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years of direct experience in commercial real estate transactions, development, or real estate private equity
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship AND reside in Miami, FL or Phoenix, AZ
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (financial modeling)
