Commercial Real Estate Transaction Manager

Role Overview

• Manage a high volume of active real estate transactions simultaneously
• Outline key terms for Letters of Intent (LOIs)
• Manage the closing checklist, ensuring all contingencies are cleared prior to execution
• Act as the central point of contact during the diligence period
• Coordinate with project delivery teams of external partners to validate site buildability and power availability
• Coordinate with internal and external counsel to advance zoning, land use, and permitting reviews
• Collaborate to ensure deal economics fit within our CAPEX and OPEX models
• Synthesize complex data into concise Investment Committee (IC) Memos
• Maintain the "Single Source of Truth" in our real estate database

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years of direct experience in commercial real estate transactions, development, or real estate private equity
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship AND reside in Miami, FL or Phoenix, AZ
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (financial modeling)
