Role Overview
- Primary focus is supporting our tenants in the residential complexes
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance
- Supervising work performed by external contractors
- Upkeep and maintenance of outdoor areas and grounds
- Ensuring snow and ice removal in winter (winter service)
- Monitoring and implementing required safety and hazard-prevention measures
- Conducting pre
- and final inspections as well as apartment handovers
- Supporting administrative staff with rental matters
- Assisting technical staff with renovation and modernization projects
Requirements
- You have a vocational/trades or technical qualification
- You possess a broad basic understanding of building services/technical systems and have practical handyman skills
- You hold a Class B driving license and have your own car
- Confident use of MS Office products and electronic tools such as a tablet and smartphone is required
- You have very good communication skills in German
- You are customer-oriented, cost-conscious and enjoy working in a team
