About this role

Responsible for accounts receivable or accounts payable accounting and other operational accounting tasks
Assist in validating incoming invoices/credit notes
Responsible for processing postings and invoice corrections
Maintain master data for customer and supplier partners
Monitor open items and process dunning/payment reminders
Support preparation of documents for monthly and annual financial statements

Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent, ideally specializing in accounting, financial accounting or finance
Practical experience in accounting or related areas; passion for numbers
Good communication skills as well as a reliable and independent way of working
Open to new processes and topics; interest in taking on new tasks and responsibilities
Confident user of Office applications — especially Excel — and experience with accounting software, ideally DIAMANT
