Role Overview
- Planning, execution and scaling of paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Building, monitoring and optimizing performance funnels
- KPI tracking (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, etc.)
- A/B testing of creatives, audiences and landing pages
- Budget planning and management
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven success in scaling paid ads
- Confident use of Meta Business Manager & Google Ads
- Analytical mindset and data-driven working style
- Experience with tracking setups & conversion tracking
- Structured, independent way of working
- Hands-on mentality and eagerness to make a real impact
