Dedicated to developing the Italian market, your role as Business Developer will be to gather as much information as possible about prospects to identify those with the highest potential to become customers
Once leads are qualified, you will schedule an initial meeting for the sales team, which will handle demos, contract negotiation, and closing the sale
Phone prospecting: generate and pre-qualify inbound and outbound leads by contacting decision-makers (phone, LinkedIn, email) to schedule demos for the sales team
Propose new approaches or sales techniques to generate qualified leads
Phone prospecting represents about 90% of the work time, with an average of 60 calls per day
Participate in events and attend trade shows
Populate and update prospect/customer databases in our CRM
Requirements
Bilingual in French/Italian and/or in English/Italian
You have a hunter mindset, are creative, upbeat, and have a very dynamic personality
You are not afraid to pick up the phone to convince prospects
You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication
You are eager to learn and constantly improve, and also to help your colleagues and the company grow
