Ensuring material availability, including material supply and material flow
Timely execution of production planning and logistics, purchasing, materials management, and shipping, including customs clearance
Planning and control of inventories of raw materials and purchased parts
Ensuring smooth internal (in-plant) transportation
Ensuring alignment of demand and capacity, customer satisfaction, and adherence to delivery dates
Handling special transfer pricing and transport damage claims
Communication with Sales Units in case of shortages
Achieving financial plant KPI targets from the budget (analysis and correction of deviations)
Implementing occupational safety measures together with the safety officer
Close cooperation with the Head of Plant and the Global Head of SCM
Leading, developing and qualifying the SCM team, and coordinating and delegating tasks within the department

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Technical Logistics, or a related field
At least 5 years of professional and managerial experience in Supply Chain Management
Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and modern SCM tools
Advanced knowledge of logistics processes and methods
Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a high degree of team orientation
Very good written and spoken German and English
