Global responsibility for the engineering department in accordance with the CTO's directives
Integrated product development in collaboration with platform and product management, production, and procurement
Establish and further develop a high-performing, cross-functional, global engineering organization
Accountability for the technical implementation of product developments and platform solutions
Development of modular product architectures to enhance configurability

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in automation technology and OT/IT integration and/or intralogistics
Relevant professional experience in an international development environment with cross-functional responsibility
Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level)
Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
