Collaborating with internal and external partners to support growth, retention, engagement, and regulatory compliance efforts
Ensuring timely and accurate management of state-specific compliance requirements
Acting as the primary point of contact for state interactions related to DSNP compliance
Understanding and translating requirements to ensure DSNP compliance with state and CMS regulations
Working with sales and marketing teams to establish sales and member retention strategies
Providing training to local sales teams
Participating in DSNP Network design and service area expansion
Guiding development of member facing materials
Acting as subject matter expert regarding Medicaid policy
Providing support to the Chief Duals Officer
Requirements
6+ years’ experience in one or more of the following at a managed care or provider organization: DSNP programs, Managed Care Operations, Medicare Advantage
Demonstrated relationship management skills
Strong organization skills
Creativity and member focused approach
Proven track record understanding and applying requirements to assure compliance
Skilled and experienced at leading cross-functional work and teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify trends independently and remediate gaps
Experience with product performance and tactical execution to drive results
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
