Produce user-centered designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Plan and conduct qualitative user research
Apply human-centered design methods and tools to analyze ambiguous problems
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools
Collaborate independently with developers and cross-functional teams
Present design recommendations, research findings, and rationale to stakeholders
Use foundational knowledge of front-end technologies to understand engineering constraints
Contribute to team process improvements and advocate for UX best practices

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer or a related role
Proven experience conducting qualitative user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations)
Strong proficiency with the design tool Figma
Familiarity with front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience presenting design and research decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as working in cross-functional teams
