Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, network administration, and support services.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high‑performance culture.
Manage IT budgets, vendor partnerships, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective technology investments.
Ensure compliance with data security standards, privacy regulations, and company policies.
Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with strategic business objectives.
Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
Proven experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of telecom industry technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements preferred.
Experience leading digital transformation or enterprise-wide technology modernization initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
