Role Overview
- Leads operational and strategic activities for a designated region within The US Oncology Network
- Drives business growth and ensures compliance with regulations
- Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Monitors and communicates progress against goals with finance directors
- Oversee integration efforts for new physician affiliations and service expansions
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive healthcare management and operations experience
- At least 10 years in diversified leadership roles managing large, multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrated P&L or senior leadership experience
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (BA/BS required)
- Advanced degree strongly preferred
- Critical thinking and financial acumen
