Manage the successful planning, implementation, and support of research systems operations
Serve as the primary liaison between business operations and IT
Provide analysis, planning, organization, communication, and management
Maintain a detailed knowledge of departmental and university systems
Leads the functional workgroup for OVCR systems
Cultivates relationships within cross-functional teams and serves as an expert partner
Oversees end-to-end business, IT, and vendor resource support and project activities
Manages system priorities and builds consensus across business units
Creates and documents moderately complex test scenarios to verify application functionality
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Relevant Experience (6 Years)
Higher Education experience preferred
Master's degree
Information Systems preferred
