Responsible for running the services team for their respective geographical region/practice area.
Implementation, presales, and managing the team.
Respond to service escalations the same day.
Drive customer pipeline and liaison between Sales and Service teams.
Review Engineering write offs and maintain less than 2% of hours are written off annually.
Develop standard operating procedures for the Engineering teams’ interaction with other departments.
Requirements
5+ years in a technical related field.
Experience designing and architecting network or systems-based solutions.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
One or more of the following certifications: CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, ACMP, ACCP, ACCX, ACEAP, VCP, MCA or equivalent level certifications related to either Systems or Network
Any combination of the following skills: Designing, Installing, and supporting Cisco, HPE, Dell servers, Lenovo, Pure storage, hyperconverged infrastructure, Microsoft enterprise and/or cloud products.
