Act as a project resource to support the successful delivery of specific outputs individually or as part of a team
Project Planning – Identify information sources and collect relevant data to support project delivery
Project Delivery – Analyse data to support the development of design solutions
Project Development – Prepare drawings, specifications, reports, and other project documentation that meet company and client requirements and that comply with national standards and codes of practice
Quality – Develop and maintain technical knowledge (for example national regulations, regulatory guidance, national standards, codes of practice, and Arcadis procedures) to ensure ongoing personal effectiveness
Networking/ Client Focus – Develop an understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis, of the client’s business, and the industry sector to facilitate personal networking and to develop personal credibility in the industry
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Member of Professional Body that is pertinent to your role
Competent in design and planning skills relevant to the area of work and awareness of related disciplines
Relevant experience within a similar discipline will be considered
Effective research, data gathering, and analysis skills
Knowledgeable in relevant desktop applications
Developing skills including technical expertise, project management, relationship management, sector expertise, and commercial awareness
Design capability following training in architectural/design discipline
Knowledgeable in computer applications, visualization, and communication tools commonly used within own applicable disciplines, such as Revit, SketchUp, and Creative Suite.
Proficient or have knowledge in Autocad, Enscape, Adobe Suite, Lumion, Navisworks is an advantage
Knowledge of additional software such as 3D modelling or 3D VR computer skills.
