Role Overview
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support month-end close activities.
- Assist in intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Support audits and internal control processes.
- Analyze variances and provide supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in general accounting or Shared Services.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Conversational English (required).

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (fixed schedule).
- Work Model: Hybrid – On-site Monday, Wednesday and Friday / Home Office Tuesday and Thursday (non-negotiable).
