About this role
Role Overview
Design user-centered experiences for web-based workforce management products, including workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces
Partner with Product Managers to deeply understand problem statements, user pain points, and desired outcomes before proposing design solutions
Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and feedback to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma)
Translate complex workforce management workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with fidelity
Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and evolving product requirements
Contribute to and helps maintain design systems, style guides, and UX standards
Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices
Document design rationale, decisions, and trade-offs with clarity and care
Participate actively in product discovery, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for design outcomes, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer working on complex web or SaaS products
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and iterative thinking
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam)
Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams in an agile environment
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals
Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback constructively
Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality outcomes
Proficiency in English is necessary for job-related communication
