Requirements
- Law degree and active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil, labor, and tax law
- Strong experience in civil litigation and advisory work
- Ability to handle contractual matters, disputes, and court proceedings
- Labor law experience, including preventive counseling and drafting legal opinions
- Tax law experience, with a focus on administrative and judicial proceedings
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
