Supports the financial operations of the clinical operations service by performing foundational financial analysis, monitoring spending, and preparing reports that drive operational and strategic decision making.
Plays an important part in helping clinical leadership understand financial performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries and variance reports to support finance and clinical leadership.
Assists in measuring financial performance against operational budgets and forecasts.
Assists with annual budgeting processes, spending reviews, and departmental forecast updates.
Monitors monthly spending and analyzes trends to identify potential cost-reduction opportunities.
Provides financial insights to support decision-making by finance and operations leaders.
Prepares graphs, dashboards, and presentation materials for clinical directors and finance leadership.
Works closely with operations and finance leaders to gather data and ensure accurate reporting.

Proficient with MS Office Suite.
Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University in Accounting or Finance required.
Previous experience is not required, foundational knowledge of financial reporting and analysis is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
