Responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing an organization’s financial resources
Ensure spending aligns with strategic goals and approved budgets
Provide financial oversight by creating budgets and tracking expenditures
Offer data-driven insights that support effective decision-making and cost optimization
Produce a variety of regular and ad-hoc reports in support of project planning and control
Work closely with all functional departments to ensure policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to
Develop, implement, feed, reconcile, and maintain project control databases and reports
Manage reconciliation of program controls data with financial and performance systems
Verify accuracy of all cost information including proper coding and allocation to project budget
Produce accounting and project cost reports, reports on deviations, under-runs and over-runs
Prepare forecasts and cost trend reports
Review and evaluate trends and their impact on project costs
Monitor project costs and commitment to budget and forecasts
Maintain change control and change order register
Assess progress measurement and develop/update progress curves for reporting.
Responsible for EVM during all project stages.
