Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
Communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams on a technology migration project
Define the scope, map data, translate business rules to technical specs, manage stakeholder expectations, and validate that data and functionality are correctly transferred/migrated

Experience in requirements gathering and testing of web-based applications
Experience in performing data analysis from databases using SQLs
Experience in creating mock-ups for user interfaces
Experience creating a requirement traceability matrix
Experience writing test cases and test scripts
Experience in testing of batch jobs and web services
Working on projects following Agile Development Methodologies
