Support the preparation of UK forecasts, including rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, annual planning and target setting, and ad-hoc analysis of risks and opportunities.
Build and maintain financial models to support operational planning, commercial initiatives, and strategic projects.
Analyse financial and operational data to identify performance trends, commercial opportunities, and areas for efficiency or improvement.
Deliver commercial and financial recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive business performance.
Support evaluation of operational efficiencies, procurement initiatives, and commercial negotiations through data-driven analysis.
Assist with strategic projects from a finance perspective, including business case preparation, budget tracking, and monitoring delivery of financial benefits.
Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted finance partner as you grow in the role.
Requirements
Experience in commercial finance, commercial analyst, or similar.
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with an interest in data and analysis.
Ability to translate data and operational metrics into clear financial insight.
Comfortable working with forecasts, management reporting, and scenario analysis.
Proactive, curious, and confident in taking initiative and ownership.
Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
