Role Overview
- Own the design of high-impact landing pages across spoke.com
- Take loosely defined ideas or opportunities and shape them into web experiences
- Look at data and real user behaviour to refine what we ship
- Design and evolve reusable web components
- Work closely with Product Marketing and others
- Raise the standard of web craft across the company
Requirements
- Several years designing interactive web experiences and leading projects from idea through to launch
- Comfortable across visual design, UI, and interaction, and uses motion thoughtfully rather than decoratively
- Cares about the craft, tweaking spacing, rethinking hierarchy, or refining an interaction
