Support our Customer Success team with tax, accounting and product-related user inquiries regarding the use of Accountable in Germany
Provide subject-matter support to internal teams on more complex tax issues
Contribute to the development of our tax-related user communications — clear, easy to understand and technically accurate
Collaborate with colleagues in Berlin and Brussels to continuously improve our tax processes and standards
Analyze recurring user questions and help improve our user journeys in Accountable’s mobile and web apps
Assist with quality assurance of tax content and with documenting internal guidelines
Basic reporting and support in analyzing relevant metrics (e.g., user satisfaction, error rates, submission quality)
Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to present tax topics in a clear, correct and user-friendly way

Completed training, degree or relevant professional experience in the tax or accounting field (e.g., tax clerk, tax specialist, certified balance sheet accountant, payroll accountant or similar)
Alternatively: career changers with a strong affinity for tax and accounting topics and the motivation to learn in-depth
Ideally some practical experience working with freelancers or sole proprietors
Interest in explaining tax topics in an understandable and practice-oriented way — not only technically correct but also user-focused
Strong communication skills, empathy and enjoyment of direct interaction with users
Structured, careful and independent working style
Hands-on mentality, initiative and a solution-oriented mindset
Interest in self-employment and entrepreneurship — ideally with personal experience in this area
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, and confident business English
