About this role

Lead and oversee the cybersecurity managed services team to ensure effective service delivery across multiple domains
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence
Maintain executive-level client relationships to enhance trust and satisfaction
Mentor and develop future leaders within the cybersecurity domain
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement among team members
Ensure compliance with industry standards, professional codes of conduct, and cybersecurity best practices
Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for operational enhancement
Promote a proactive approach to risk management, incident response, and security solutions

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
14+ years of solid experience in cybersecurity operations (SOC, IAM, VM, SecOps) with multi-domain management
Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISM)
Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams
Experience developing and implementing new service offerings and leveraging automation technologies
Understanding of consulting and managed services delivery models
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
Can start immediately, if possible
