Design and document end‑to‑end solutions leveraging VMware virtualization technologies and Microsoft Azure Local services
Provide expert guidance on workload migration, with specific emphasis on transitioning VMware workloads to Azure Local
Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, storage, networking and application teams to ensure cohesive architectural outcomes
Apply and promote established best practices, governance frameworks and architectural patterns with support of the Enterprise Architect
Serve as a technical escalation point throughout design, deployment, and operational phases.

8-10+ year of expertise as Solution Architect
Strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies
Solid proficiency with Microsoft Azure Local services
Demonstrated experience in workload migration from VMware to Azure Local
Strong understanding of (hybrid) networking (CISCO ACI)
Ability to produce high-quality architectural documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) in English
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains
Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
