Define the end-to-end solution architecture involving Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Mulesoft and Tableau
Participate in alignment meetings and design decisions, mapping boundaries and responsibilities between Salesforce clouds and legacy systems (Benner, HIS, scheduling systems)
Design the TO-BE solution: 360-degree view of the patient/beneficiary, omnichannel service (WhatsApp, Salesforce Voice, Chat, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case), appointment/calendar integration and generative AI
Ensure regulatory compliance (RN 566, RN 623) in data modeling and processes
Define the unified data model (Data Cloud 360): identity resolution, single patient profile, segmentation and activation
Guide the development team on best practices for Salesforce configuration and customization
Validate bidirectional integrations with clinical systems, IVR (URA), customer databases and other connectors
Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect on large-scale (multi-cloud) projects
Deep knowledge of Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Mulesoft
Experience with Agentforce / Einstein Bots and generative AI within the Salesforce ecosystem
Knowledge of the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain (insurers, providers, patient journey)
Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (strongly preferred)
Experience with data modeling, REST/SOAP integrations and integration patterns
Fluent Portuguese; advanced English
