Manage licensing, filing, and reporting documentation for various projects, working closely with the global regulatory team and external legal advisors to ensure timely and accurate submissions to official regulatory bodies.
Support the development and continuous maintenance of the regulatory reporting calendar, including setting reminders and ensuring documentation and deadlines remain up to date.
Take full ownership of preparing regulatory reporting materials, submitting them for managerial review, and delivering final documentation to the appropriate authorities in line with reporting schedules.
Conduct research, gather data, and produce documentation related to regulatory activities, following the priorities and guidance set by the team manager.
Assist internal teams by providing the required paperwork, compliance documentation, and support for processes triggered by regulatory or compliance obligations.
Support the end-to-end management of regulatory application processes, particularly in consolidating documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring all requirements are met according to local regulations.
Assist in maintaining accurate internal records of regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, and compliance-related projects, ensuring traceability and consistency across markets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Legal studies preferred).
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, evolving industry; experience in technology or telecommunications is a strong plus.
High proficiency in Excel and databases, with strong data mining, organization, and manipulation skills.
Strong multitasking ability, able to manage several deadlines and deliver results in a timely and accurate manner.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow new skills within the regulatory environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sound judgment and consistency in decision-making, with an emphasis on timeliness and professionalism.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered a strong asset.
