Support the execution of system implementation projects for clients in the Fashion and Retail segment
Gather requirements from clients
Configure system parameters and settings according to business rules
Assist in creating project schedules and monitor project phases
Deliver training to end users
Support testing, validation, and go‑live activities
Ensure alignment between the client, technical team, and internal departments
Record and document processes, incidents, and improvements

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving
Basic knowledge of retail processes (inventory, sales, purchasing, billing)
Availability for occasional travel
Previous experience implementing ERP systems or management software
Experience in the Fashion or Retail sector
Knowledge of databases or SQL queries
Experience providing B2B customer support
