Open, analyze, and handle tickets for Linx solutions (E‑millennium), recording actions clearly and in an organized manner;
Perform remote access when necessary, apply fixes, and monitor tests until resolution is confirmed;
Analyze information and route requests accurately;
Manage tickets end-to-end, ensuring quality and appropriate follow-up;
Pursue continuous improvement by addressing root causes;
Run SQL queries, review logs, and perform other operational processes.
