About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for the successful delivery of digital and IT systems that support the design, construction, and long-term operation of the Sizewell C power station.
- Lead cross-functional projects that span enterprise IT systems, engineering tools, construction technologies, data platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Ensure that digital and IT initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with project and business goals.
Requirements
- Strong track record of delivering IT and digital projects in large, complex organisations.
- Experience in infrastructure, engineering, energy, or regulated sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Prince2 Practitioner, APM or equivalent).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Benefits
- Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
