Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in system administration or a comparable role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 (M365).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (Proxmox VE, VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with backup solutions (ideally Veeam).
- Basic understanding of networking and security (VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
- Structured working style, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
- Business-fluent German (C1/C2), good English.
- Nice-to-have: Linux administration; storage systems (Ceph, NetApp); automation (Ansible, Terraform); monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana); certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Proxmox, Veeam).
