Role Overview
- Research for state healthcare licensing boards to determine what licenses they issue
- Identify licensing boards' websites, data files, APIs, and necessary data points
- Build and maintain a centralized repository in Notion for all 330+ boards
- Collaborate with the Verification TPM and Government Excellence team
- Serve as the go-to person for questions regarding verification sources
- Partner with Technical Support and Client Success to resolve source-related customer issues
- Support communication between the company and external licensing boards
Requirements
- 3+ years in a research, data-focused, or compliance role
- A track record of building and maintaining "Source of Truth" knowledge bases or wikis
- A proven ability to maintain detailed records, change logs, and technical specs
- A basic understanding of how APIs and web scraping power data pipelines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Extreme patience and persistence when navigating inconsistent processes
- Ability to translate dense regulatory rules for technical and non-technical teams
