Role Overview
- Build the core infrastructure that powers our stablecoin platform
- Handle custody, transfers, issuance, and compliance workflows
- Collaborate closely with product managers, compliance, and other engineers
- Ship features and improvements to core services
- Maintain updated documentation and improve onboarding in your area
Requirements
- Design and ship services that handle custody, transfers, issuance, and compliance workflows
- Collaborate with product managers, compliance, and other engineers
- Take initiative on shipping features, improving observability, or strengthening the codebase
- Ramp on service architecture, CI/CD, observability, and engineering conventions
- Take ownership of a service or capability across the product
- Lead medium-scope projects
- Strengthen reliability with better logging, tracing, alerts, and failure handling
- Drive cross-service initiatives, shape technical direction, and mentor others
