Collect, organize and analyze business data to produce monitoring that identifies trends, patterns and anomalies
Drive continuous improvement of existing monitoring processes, proposing new items to monitor and new monitoring rules and thresholds
Build workflows and pipelines to make monitoring results available
Prepare executive reports and dashboards on the area’s processes
Understand problems and propose solutions involving technologies, automation and AI

Proficiency in SQL and Python
Programming logic
Statistical analysis and data modeling
Source code version control (GitLab)
Experience with Databricks and data visualization
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related fields
Knowledge of PySpark (preferred)
Experience with SAS Guide, Power BI and Denodo (preferred)
Prior experience in financial institutions in Internal Controls, AML/CFT, Compliance, Risk Management or Audit (preferred)
Skills in process mapping, risk identification, and implementing and improving internal controls (preferred)
Experience implementing projects/systems (preferred)
