Lead the identification, monitoring and execution of actions to control and mitigate tax risks, assessing impacts on team processes and properly managing stakeholders;
Conduct internal audits and reviews of operational deliverables to improve process quality and mitigate risks;
Continuously analyze tax legislation, assess impacts, and support implementation efforts, particularly regarding changes from the Tax Reform;
Act as a liaison between external partners and internal teams to achieve project and tax operation objectives;
Distribute reports detailing risk exposures and classification against alert levels and thresholds;
Support the development of policies, standards and manuals on risk management strategies, methodologies and processes;
Support internal and external audits;
Provide tax support, studies and simulations for business areas and cooperatives;

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Economics or related fields;
Experience in risk management and stakeholder management;
Strong knowledge of tax technologies, data tools and AI;
Knowledge of cooperatives and the financial market;
