About this role
Role Overview
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility
- Translate business objectives into actionable analytical questions
- Ensure Analytics produces actionable insights, not just dashboards
- Create data-driven business cases to support strategic decisions
- Structure metric frameworks (North Star, OKRs, KPIs)
- Implement experimentation at scale (A/B tests)
- Measure and communicate the impact of Analytics on business results
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Business and Operations leaders
- Hire, develop and retain Analytics talent
- Build a high-performance team and a culture of technical excellence
- Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews and development plans
- Manage staffing allocation across projects and squads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or related fields
- Experience in Product & Tech teams, stakeholder management, and leading high-performance teams
- Strong knowledge of: SQL, Python, Power BI (modeling, DAX, dashboards), Statistics, Experimentation, Artificial Intelligence, Git and data engineering best practices
