Develop services: You develop and optimize services and interfaces for identity-managed services. You implement components of our products UCS and Nubus—primarily in Python on Linux—and deploy them on Debian-based systems as well as in Kubernetes environments
Ensure quality: You maintain appropriate test coverage to ensure our solutions remain robust, maintainable, and reliable
Achieve more together: You work in an agile team on scalable solutions for digital sovereignty
Requirements
Solid qualification: You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification—or several years of professional experience in the IT field
Python expertise: You have been developing with Python on Linux systems for at least three years
Protocols & services: You have experience integrating services via APIs and protocols such as REST, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and SQL. Ideally, you are familiar with identity management systems like Samba/Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and OpenLDAP
Container competence: You are confident with Docker and familiar with container-based development
Backend architecture: You build scalable systems that operate reliably in large environments
Solution-oriented: You enjoy working in a team and find pragmatic, sustainable solutions
Multilingual: You communicate confidently in German and English
