Perform initial screening of inbound leads, assessing the potential of each contact to ensure only the most qualified progress through the sales pipeline
Contact leads quickly and accurately, delivering an excellent initial experience to increase conversion chances
Log all interactions in the CRM, ensuring the team has complete and up-to-date information on each lead
Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are ready for the closing process
Monitor performance KPIs and propose continuous improvements to lead qualification and engagement processes
Gather feedback from leads and share insights with marketing and sales teams to optimize acquisition and outreach efforts
Requirements
Previous experience as an SDR
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as SPIN Selling
Experience with CRM systems (a plus)
Knowledge of business/corporate insurance (a plus)
Additional training in prospecting techniques (a plus)
