About this role
Role Overview
- Create and manage lead support materials.
- Operate and optimize the CRM, creating automations and strategies.
- Translate marketing strategies into content formats.
- Monitor and analyze engagement and lead generation metrics.
- Identify signals and opportunities to propose improvements.
- Develop creative briefs for vendors.
- Support requests from other teams, such as Product and Customer Success.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the legal sector or B2B SaaS.
- Experience in strategic writing and copywriting.
- Experience with RD Station and CRMs.
- Multichannel content strategy.
- Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing.
- Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of GEO strategies (a plus).
- Basic knowledge of video recording and scripting (a plus).
