Contract management: You independently draft, review and negotiate customer contracts for the DACH region — pragmatic, solution-oriented and with a strong business focus.
Data protection: You support new products and features on data protection matters from concept to roll‑out and communicate directly with data protection authorities in the DACH region.
Litigation: You prepare written submissions/pleadings independently and take responsibility for handling and conducting court proceedings.
Corporate housekeeping: You maintain and manage corporate documents and ensure compliance with all corporate law requirements.

Qualification: You have completed both German state law examinations (Staatsexamen), each with a minimum score of 8 points.
Professional experience: You have already gained relevant practical experience in a law firm, in-house, or during your legal clerkship (Referendariat) in the relevant areas of law.
Legal areas: You have first in‑depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: contract law, data protection law, or corporate law.
Working style & agility: You work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy switching between different legal fields and quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics.
