Contract management: You independently draft, review and negotiate customer contracts for the DACH region — pragmatic, solution-oriented and with a business focus.
Data protection: You support new products and features from concept to rollout from a data-protection perspective and communicate independently with data protection authorities in the DACH region.
Litigation: You prepare written submissions independently and handle and lead court proceedings.
Corporate housekeeping: You maintain and manage corporate documents and ensure compliance with all corporate-law requirements.

Qualification: You have completed both state law examinations (Staatsexamen), each with a score of at least 8 points.
Professional experience: You bring approximately 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house in relevant legal fields.
Legal expertise: You have in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Contract law, Data protection law or Corporate law.
Working style & agility: You work in a structured and independent way and enjoy switching between different legal areas and quickly getting up to speed on new topics.
Mindset: You want to take responsibility and appreciate a dynamic start-up environment that values pragmatic solutions and entrepreneurial thinking.
Language skills: You have business-fluent German and English.
