Support in investment and fundraising projects – from initial analysis to successful closing
Build financial models, business plans and investor presentations to evaluate business models and investment opportunities
Market, competitive and company analyses to identify trends and investment opportunities
Prepare for and participate in client meetings, pitches and investor discussions
Support M&A transactions, including company valuation, due diligence and transaction structuring
Prepare decision papers and research reports for management and investors
Ongoing monitoring of capital markets and relevant industry developments

Completed degree in economics, finance, business administration or a related field
Initial practical experience in investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, private equity or consulting is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and confident handling of financial models and common tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, optionally PitchBook/Capital IQ/Mergermarket/Crunchbase)
Strong interest in entrepreneurship, capital markets and strategic corporate development
Structured, precise and independent working style – also under time pressure
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
Team player with initiative and willingness to take on responsibility in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
