Undertake a six‑month secondment to Surabaya, Indonesia, becoming the focal point for planning, coordinating and overseeing complex multi‑discipline naval ship projects.
Lead multi‑discipline engineering teams to deliver complex technical scopes safely and effectively.
Manage customer relationships to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project outputs.
Approve key technical documentation throughout the engineering design lifecycle.
Manage resource planning across recruitment, development and allocation to meet project requirements.
Ensure project and technical audits are completed and drive continuous improvement, with mission system integration on naval platforms considered desirable.
Requirements
Engineering lead experience overseeing complex, multi‑discipline tasks and projects.
Strong knowledge of naval ship design and integration.
Experience driving cultural development and positive change within engineering teams.
Proven stakeholder management capabilities across internal and external customers.
Broad engineering background across design, analysis, specification, safety support, installation and commissioning.
Engineering or science degree in a relevant discipline with significant demonstrable experience.
Chartered Engineer and member of a relevant professional institution.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
