Architect AI Agents: Design and implement autonomous agents and intelligent chatbots using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and modern frameworks.
End-to-End Automation: Use n8n to orchestrate complex workflows, integrating internal systems, third-party APIs, and databases.
Implement RAG: Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems so our AIs respond based on our proprietary documents and data.
Identify Opportunities: Work consultatively with business areas to pinpoint repetitive processes that can be optimized or eliminated with AI.
Monitoring and Scaling: Ensure bots and models run efficiently, with controlled costs and data security (focus on LGPD).

Generative AI and LLMs: Proven experience using LLM APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering.
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Experience implementing RAG architectures and knowledge of vector databases.
AI Agents: Proven experience building agents using generative AI, integrating with WhatsApp, web chats, etc.
Automation and Integration: Advanced hands-on experience with n8n (primary focus) or similar tools (Make/Zapier), including consuming and creating APIs (REST/JSON).
Databases: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Programming Languages: Familiarity with languages such as Python and JavaScript.
